The first thing I noticed when reading the preview was how descriptive the author is with the writing, and I love that. It really puts me into the story and I can imagine ever sense of the word what is happening with a clear image in my mind! I also love a good book set in the cold, it gives an added sense of claustrophobia and vulnerability that anything can happen! I like the narrative of the book how it switches to different viewpoints and times. I want to read on with this book!
