I absolutely loved this book! I hadn’t read anything by the author before but will now look out for her other books...
A gripping story laced with suspense, mystery and great plot twists. The characters are well developed and we are made to feel sympathy throughout for the protagonist.
I particularly liked the narrative style- written from a number of different viewpoints and in different time periods, which are pieced together like a jigsaw and brought together as the story progresses.
The book is quite lengthy however, unlike other longer novels that I have read, I didn’t feel that it dragged on. You are kept guessing throughout and as a result it is gripping! The novel does touch upon some topics which readers may be uncomfortable with such as- suicide and abuse.
I would definitely recommend this book for those who love a good novel full of intrigue and suspense!
