This is such a great book . The cover is very appealing and interesting and I would definitely pick this book to check it if I saw it in a book shop .
At first I tho this book is more for teens or young adults but I quite like it . It's my type of genre and the story line is very interesting. It starts as Petra is talking to her grandmother or more like taking her goodbyes as Petra, her brother and parents are amongst the lucky few people leaving the planet before it gets hit by comet and possibly destroyed. The lucky few choosen will be travelling to a distant sun and a new planet to call home . Her whole family are put into pods for their bodies to be preserved for the long journey ahead. Few hundred years later Petra wakes up and realises her brother and parents are nowhere to be seen as well as the people that were supposed to look after the spaceship and all the people in pods don't look quite like humans anymore. Petra is the only one that remembers the Earth and her life . Everyone has their memories removed ,but why ?!? Petra finds out that "The Collective " has taken over the spaceship and she can't find her family.
