I really enjoyed this. As this is the first of Caroline’s books I’ve read (although I do have The Second Child on my TBR at uni), I went in with no expectations. And I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how it was all Yorkshire based, linking to the author’s origins. The book just kept giving.
This story centres around what happens when Jonathan Coulter passes and his will needs to be spilt. However his children, Liv, Noah and Chloe - who are of various successes - can never decide on anything. Even shown to argue about a date and time after being given the will. This is definitely one to read, if family dramas are your thing. Although the context is a complex one, I still loved it.
