Wonderful page turning story which is incredibly well written, with a powerful message about love and how losing a loved one can affect people. With many questions left unanswered Jonathan's children have to come together and overcome their rivalries despite the rise in tension. The story highlights how much someone leaves behind after passing and how many people struggle with grieving for a loved one - it is a very emotional story including issues that many people face in real life such as illness' and losing a loved one. Emphasizing how despite the difficulties you may face in life, family will always be important although it highlights how you may never be able to fully trust someone and no matter how well you think you know them, you can never know what they are planning. There are always lessons to be learned. I highly recommend this book and enjoyed reading it very much.
