How will Alison deal with seeing her ex-lover in prison for mass murder & can Will bring a copycat to justice?

Interested to see how the author deals with a reconnaissance between ex-lovers when one of them's been imprisoned for mass murder...that purports to be worse in nature than just straightforward murder. I can't imagine the scenario...having to spend time with somebody with whom you shared a loving relationship that is now (on your part) full of abhorrent hatred.

And...can Will assist the police to solve the copycat murder...just why are his crimes being copied?
