Unfortunately I did not finish this book, I was bored from the very start.
I found it to be too descriptive and slow paced. It seemed that nothing was happening and I found it to be tedious.
Usually I can find something to attach myself to in the book. The plot if the characters are unlikable or vice versa. The characters whilst not unlikable per se were just utterly boring to me and I found myself sighing with dismay at them constantly.
I would read a couple of pages at a time and then move onto something else. Each time I would pick the book up it felt like a chore, something I had to do and not something I wanted to. In the end I decided it just wasn't worth it, however it is back on my shelves just In case I ever need to self induce boredom.
