Very good. Loved the characters and even though the main story was quite hard hitting (don't be fooled by the cosy looking cover) I still enjoyed it as it was done in such a sensitive manner and thoroughly researched. Even though it is second part of a series it can be read as a stand alone as I hadn't read the first but some of the characters do overlap into this book so I will get the first book Mothering Sunday and carry on with the series. Highly recommend.
