Mystery/thriller/crime genre books are my absolute favourite. I particularly love ones like this one that show the viewpoints of different characters for separate chapters. It helps add more depth to multiple characters, rather than a focus on just one persons view. The premise of this book makes me feel like it could be an important piece that shows the world that women should be taken more seriously.
The first impression has left me wanting more, what happened to Joyce? What tales do the other characters have to tell?

I really like the cover of this book. The bright homely atmosphere it portrays contrasts amazingly with the nature of the book. It adds a haunting feeling.
