What I love about the cover of the book is the quote: "The sunniest places hold the darkest secrets" which conveys the mood of the story that I'm, most likely, about to dive into. The colors and picture of the cover wouldn't typically grab my attention on a bookstore since I am more of a blackish, nude colors person, nonetheless, the cover on itself is very beautiful and attracting to the eye.
