This book immediately starts you wondering by leaving you with so many unanswered questions, that only seem to increase as you keep reading! I love mysteries/thriller novels and so this was an instant draw. I must say to look at the purely the cover in a shop, I probably wouldn't have picked it up to find out more (however, after a closer inspection it does become more interesting!). But after reading the first impression I am instantly intrigued and curious. Would she really leave her children? Why is there so much blood in the kitchen? What actually happened to Joyce? I need to know more!
