I’m so glad I stuck with it, as after reading the blurb I wasn’t sure it was ‘my kind of book’.
His wrong I was.
I was completely absorbed within 3 pages.
The authors way of descriptive writing is totally compelling, whisking me off to their world.
It’s a sign of a great writer when you’re thinking about the characters and locations even when you’re not reading!!!
Although nit the longest book, I did feel it was just right.
The characters within the story are so captured, the author weaves their tales and brings them to life.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. It’s a great beach read, bedside table read or even one for the bath, sit back and enjoy
