I didn't enjoy reading this book for the simple fact the chapters flick from one year to another year. Which means it confusing to follow the story clearly. However I will give credit to the author in saying the characters and the island is described in great detail through the book. However, I feel that the fact the book changes from one year to the next , will put a majority of individuals off, buying this book.
But the love story is beautiful and clearly been well thought out and put together in detail. But I have to be honest and say although I liked the story in places and thought it was well written. I didn't like the fact the chapters kept changing from one year to the next.
