I don't usually read books about love/romance; I tend to find them tedious and cliched. Although this book isn't in the romance category, it clearly has romance at the forefront of its synopsis, and I am hooked straight away. The way the main female character is feeling is similar to how many of us have felt at some point, with even the closest of friends not understanding those feelings. I am intrigued to read more. My first thought is that the man in question is leading a double life; that he has a family elsewhere so he left. I hope I am wrong, as I'd want there to be more to the story than that and I hope it's not that predictable. I look forward to reading it and hoping to be proven wrong!
