The first couple of chapters have me hooked. I want to know more about Sarah and what happened earlier in her life with her sister. I want to know more about Eddie and why he's disappeared.
The descriptive prose about the countryside is beautiful and gives a really good feeling of being in a stifling hot summer with nature all around.
The cover doesn't give anything away, it's very simple.
