When reading the blurb I was not entirely sure how to take it... and I must say my mind went to the same place as our protagonist's best friend Jo - these things happen unfortunately! you have amazing flings and don't get the promised call.
However, I am going to assume that there must be a story to tell and already the character development is promising - Rudy is a very amusing 7 year old!
I like the bold simplicity of the cover and the writing has a fluid style - although I feel a little too elaborate for what in my mind seems like a simple plot... I am hoping to eat my words! I am successfully intrigued!
