The Man Who Didn't Call is about Sarah and Eddie who spend the week together and he promises to call her when he gets home from his holiday, but he doesn't and she's unsure why. This is what I found most intriguing about the book and I was curious to find out why Eddie wouldn't call. I liked the two main characters in the book as they were very believable and relatable but I found the book a little slow to begin with. As the book went on though I didn't want to put the book down and enjoyed reading it, although it was heart wrenching at times. I liked how there were also some deeper issues throughout the book which is something I hadn't expected from what sounded like a fun summer read. I have enjoyed reading this book even if it was a little slow at the start and would happily read more books from this author in the future.
