I Hated This

I thought this was going to be a murder mystery.

This is a story about two massive wetwipes who behave like petulant, angsty teenagers and by the end, you will make you want to bash their heads together out of sheer frustration. Despite the themes within, I couldn’t summon any sympathy for either Sarah or Eddie throughout and the ending made me want to lob this book out the window. So ridiculous!

The writing was all over the place and didn’t flush out any sort of personalities (apart from “wetwipe”) for either of the two lead characters; I didn’t feel a connection and the way the story is structured doesn’t help. The writing felt disjointed and clunky.

For some reason, I remember reading that despite the vomit-inducing title of this book, it was more substantial than it looked (and I’m reasonably sure murder was eluded to!); but please take the title for the warning it is, and don’t waste your time with this trite nonsense.
