I found this book a little slow at the start but I persevered and oh my goodness I’m so glad I did! What a captivating book with so many surprises between each page turn. It’s a real, is it isn’t it - is she is he- kind of storyline. I really got attached to the characters and felt emotional for them going through all of the situations and feelings which are explored in the book. The book covers so many real life difficult situations from mental health, grief, family dynamics, and relations plus everything in between. I always read at night and I found myself wondering about the characters and what was going to happen next throughout the day. I couldn’t wait to get to bed that night to discover what was going to happen next!
