As soon as I started reading this book I couldn’t put it down, I needed to know what happened right from the off and it definitely does keep you guessing - I felt like it slowed down slightly in the middle but not so much that I lost interest.
The first twist in this was definitely unexpected and not at all what I had thought it was going to be... I can’t say that I was massively shocked by it but I think that’s more to do with reading SO many reviews hyping up the twist - I really need to stop doing that 🤦🏽♀️ however, the few twists/plots that came after it were really unexpected and then I couldn’t put the book down! From then on everything seemed to click into place.
I actually really liked Sarah, the main character, in this story which surprised me as similar characters in books I’ve read before rubbed me up the wrong way - I think this says a lot about the author and the way she writes from Sarah’s perspective.
I genuinely really loved this book and so glad I found the time so devour it quickly 🥰
