This book was amazing. So very clever. It was full of twists and turns that kept me guessing from start to finish. I have read all of Rosie’s books under her pseudonym Lucy Robinson and loved them all. In The Man Who Didn't Call Sarah & Eddie meet by chance, they enjoy a wonderful week together and then Eddie vanishes without explanation. Nobody seems to know where he is. Is Sarah reacting badly to being snubbed or has something happened to Eddie?
The setting is idyllic, the characters warm and likeable. It’s always nice to have a protagonist with a bit of mystery about them, although some times they can come across as a bit cold but not in this case.
If you are in two minds about this book then read it.
Perfect for Lisa Jewell fans. It has a bit of everything & I will definitely be picking up Rosie’s next book.
