Ordinarily, when I read fantasy stories, the worlds are often not fleshed out and tangible for the readers. Immediately when reading the excerpt of The Marvellers, I was delighted to be greeted by a beautiful cover and a promising story. The excerpt did not disappoint. I was instantly transported to a world with characters that had the spark of life good characters have. It's delightful to see a black main character too, and I sincerely hope that more people can find and read this wonderful story.
