I'm definitely not the target audience for this book but I can see younger readers loving it, especially if they are in to stories involving magic. It's written in an engaging, often enthusiastic style and I liked the inclusion of fictional newspaper articles (although I do wonder if the readers it's aimed at would understand what an 'op ed' is). The cover is attractive and suits the content of the book.
