This book is just not for me, but that's fine as I'm not the demographic for the book. I could imagine I would have enjoyed this book when I was a younger reader. Whenever someone writes a book of this genre Harry Potter is an obvious comparison, although the cover of the book reminds me more of Doctor Who than Harry Potter.
