This was difficult to read as so many similarities between this one and Harry Potter, it was like the author had really enjoyed reading it and then decided to write one of her own but using Harry Potter ideas.
Ella’s family were really not certain about her going to a Marveller’s boarding school and her mum kept trying to talk her out of it.
She was the first Conjuror to be allowed in after a rule change but Ella found that other pupils were not happy about it. She was compared to another group called Aces, these hard been a group that broke the big rules of the school and in the end was sent away, never to be allowed to return to it but why are they being linked to Conjurors? Ella wants to find out but even the books in the library go odd when she tried to read them, the letters shuffle and the word redacted gets written across pages.
I suppose it's not a bad book and quite enjoyable I suppose but it needs it's own ideas.
