I loved this book. It's a debut novel,although I got a little confused because Charlie Priest is the name of a character in another novel!
The story moved between 1946 and the present. Charlie Priest is an ex policeman who now works as a lawyer. He has a brother who is a serial killer and they both suffer from dissociation syndrome.
A man is killed by a horrific poison which was used by the Nazis.
Charlie is attacked by a man looking for a flash drive which has been sent to him by his godfather. The operation faster the war was called Operation Mayfly and the murder victims are sent a dead may fly.
This is a fantastic debut novel which I highly recommend. Charlie Priest is a believable character and I want to learn more about him. I hope there will be more books about him.
