I was intrigued by the premise of this book as soon as I saw it, and I just knew I would love it. Luckily, I was right! I thought the story was perfectly-paced and had just the right amount of twists and turns. I enjoyed the build-up of the story and the introduction of different characters, all of whom created an air of suspicion, which leaves the reader guessing. I have to say, I was sure I’d figured out the ending around 2/3 of the way through the book, but it turns out I was totally wrong! The main storyline gently branches out into subplots which cause the characters to question their options, decisions and morals, which always makes for great character build-up! Well done, Lexie Elliott, a great novel!
