Ailsa has inherited half a house, the other half belonging to her father who has been missing for years. Ailsa moves in with her half sister but things dont seem right. Soon all manner of creepy things are happening but just who or what should she be scared of.
This was a gripping and at times creepy story. I loved the atmosphere it created. The story was interesting and built slowly to a clever climax that surprised me. The ending was really good and finished the story well. The writing was descriptive and flowed well.
Ailsa is a good lead character, shes likeable and kept me reading. I also really liked Callum, he was a cute little addition to the story that showed a more sensitive side to Ailsa.
