This was my first book by this author. I did enjoy it however it isn’t a book that I’d rave about compared to other books that I’ve previously read in this genre.
I liked the main concept of the story however the characterisation could have been a bit stronger in my opinion. I also preferred the first section of the book rather than the second which was a slight disappointment as I think a good and original ending can really define a good book.
I liked the cover of this book it would probably make me pick it up to read the blurb. The blurb was also quite strong in my opinion and it did drawn me in and want to read more.
All in all it is a decent read and I would recommend the book to my family or friends.
