Crime and thriller genre is my favourite so I was delighted to have won this book and it didn't disappoint, the only thing I would say is that it a little slow at the start. The story is told from ailsa point of view,and tells the story of ailsa (and her half sister carrie) going back to ailsa childhood home which she now's own half of, the other half belongs to her dad who disappeared when she was 7 years old. During the book ailsa wonders who she can trust. There is a good cast of characters and most are likeable. It was beautifully written and an enjoyable experience. I think I will read the other book by lexi Elliott. The book is a decent length. A really good read especially tucked up in bed
