I love a crime / thriller book, and although there are lots out there, this seems to be quite different. I was hooked by the first chapter, and subsequently devoured the second and now cannot wait to read the remainder of the book.
The characters are intriguing, I feel as though the personalities of Aisla and Carrie are going to significantly develop throughout the book.
Set in Scotland in a seemingly creepy and claustrophobic manor house, it appears as though there are going to a multitude of twists and turns appearing throughout this book.
This will be the first book I have read by Lexie Elliott, and if it continues as it has so far, I will be excited to read the other book published by her - The French Girl.
