I found this book had a good storyline and plot, and fit well with the crime fiction/mystery genre I usually go for and enjoy.
The one thing that really irritates me thought was the start. It took me forever to get into. The start of the story seemed like a cheesy haunted house kids story was about to develop. I was pleasantly surprised as I got a bit further into the book, but I very nearly gave up about a fifth of the way in.
The other thing that I felt improved over time was the relationship between the sisters. I found them frustrating at first, but soon began to feel empathy and warmed to them.
Overall, great story. Just wish it had been a bit easier to get into when I first picked it up!
