Beautiful and unique, I'm intrigued!
From the cover and the premise, this book sounds beautiful and mysterious and remarkable. The first few chapters set the scene and vibe of the novel well, I want to discover everything about the struggles of Laura's past and the museum she has created.
Although not a genre or concept I've read much if before, I am so in love with the idea of this book already. I can tell I'll probably love this book endlessly.
Buchan's writing style is also really enjoyable to read and I can't believe I've never read any if her novels. I will definitely be exploring her work more, but I would love to read The Museum of Broken Promises and immerse myself in the beautiful Parisian setting.
