From the opening chapter, I was completely drawn into the story, wanting to know more about the characters. The air of tension was palpable and the suspenseful ending left me longing to find out more. I already know this would be a book that would have me highlighting sentences and phrases. For example, 'Paranoia is promiscuous. It doesn't mind which philosophy it feeds on'. The idea of a museum of objects that represent broken promises is intriguing. It suggests the possibility of moving and emotional individual stories. The book sounds superb.
