Well this starts off beautifuly. The words chosen to desciribe modern day Paris is just luscious! And the overlapping of different lifetimes is displayed so well! Laure Carlysle seems to have had a turbulent beginning in life, and now her life in Paris looks vibrant and full of drama, yet I have a sense of her lonelyness? Her museum is full of memories and objects that once meant hope for others, but what hope does she still hold on for?
