Expected Better
The title is very intriguing and I honestly thought this would be something I thoroughly enjoyed. However I got lost in the change between past and present and the relationship between the two. I feel this may be one of those novels where the beginning becomes more apparent as the you got to the end and the whole story unravels into understanding.
I couldn’t really connect with the characters as they seemed to be lacking real emotion. The sneak peak didn’t really do the novel justice as it was a short part of the day we first meet the character in the past and a day in the museum. I would have preferred some continuity to the novel first off.
Unfortunately I would not go out and buy this book.
