The Narrow Land
As soon as I began reading this book I was captivated by the character of Michael, I felt his sadness and that was even from the very first page, in my mind I felt that I was on that platform and watching him.
This book was so beautifully written, it's the first book I have read from this author but it certainly won't be the last, I loved her way of describing and setting the scene. The author writes in a unique way that at first takes some getting used to but I feel it just made it all the more enjoyable.
I have to be honest I really didn't like the front cover but that is just my personal preference and it wouldn't normally be one that I would be drawn to but I'm so glad I looked past that and gave it a chance as I really enjoyed the read.
