Something a bit different from one of my favourite authors

Well, this is something a bit different from one of my favourite authors. Alexandra Christo is a brillaint writer of twisty plots and dark romance and this book promises just that, albeit in a very different fantasy world than her previous works. But I'm here for it! The opening of the book is very promising; only hope I can read the rest of it!
