Unfortunately this book just did not hit the mark for me. The night hunt starts off really strong and interesting but about half way through I couldn’t even get on board with reading one more page. It’s 2024 and life is too short.
I still have given it two stars as I think the world created is promising and I did enjoy the start of the book.
I thought the cover I received was a lot nicer than what was on goodreads.
I will pass it on to my younger cousin as maybe she will be able to enjoy this more.
I would be interested in reading more from the author maybe in a short story or novella format in the future.
Maybe I’m just done with fantasy for a while since I am getting older.
