First of all the cover is immaculate, the colour scheme is soothing and is great for making you think of the sky and night time. The font used is eye catching also and the fact that Kate Mosse has reviewed this is interesting.
I like the contrast of hearing Mayken's tale and Gil's and the differences in time periods is interesting and I can't wait to read more than what information I have so far on this novel as it is simply an intriguing read.
