Atmospheric, descriptive and utterly wonderful, this book really does have it all. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the readers to see this prepublication.
First of all, the writing style really is wonderful. The language choices, the dialogue, it all works together so wonderfully. I’d go as far as saying this is a true masterpiece.
I also found the characters to be really well developed and life like - flaws and all. I think that there’s clearly been a lot of work on this book to make it as incredible as it is now.
Superficially, I think the cover is lovely too. It fits the atmospheric vibe and really stands out on the shelves.
I think this book really will appeal to all readers - not only those readers who are genre specific. It grips and grabs you straight away, taking you on a truly unforgettable journey. I cannot recommend this book enough.
