I've never read a book by Catherine Ryan Howard before, but i hope this is the first of many. The blurb to the book made me download and read the opening chapters and now i'm hooked. What a brilliant start. You can feel the evil that is still there hidden inside 'the nowhere man', and the writing allows the reader to feel his powerlessness as he read the account from the one survivor of his attacks. I really like books about books, and having a book within a book has got me hooked. I'm looking forward to finding out what happens. The cover is powerful; it perfectly illustrates the evil that lurks within the covers of the book.
