A dive into the early pages, I find it interesting to read the murderer’s, Jim, point of view. We can read his thoughts and feel his anxiety of discovering the book written by the survivor of the murder.
I liked that the excerpts from the book written by Evelyn was also included into the story. We can see Evelyn’s point of view, as well. It is my first time to encountering such a genuine writing by including another book inside an original book.
The last page of the First Look left me hanging, and I am so curious to read and know the continuation of the story.
