What a great premise and a fabulous start to this book which hooked me in immediately.
The story of Eve, the survivor of a murdered, Jim, who is still at large. There is no mystery about whodunnit - just whether he will get caught and how.
The idea of reprinting a book within a book is great and so well done. I haven't read any other books by Catherine Ryan Howard but based on this, I will be looking for them today as this is so well written. The description of teh routine shops and habits of people are so well described that you feel as though you are there , watching Jim's discomfort.
I so want to read the rest of this book now!
