'The Nothing Man' has to be one of the most original and unique books I've read recently. From the very beginning we know exactly who the serial killer is which is unusual for most thrillers so I really loved the concept of this one.
Eve Black is determined to find the man who killed her family when she was a child, so she writes a memoir about her search for 'The Nothing Man' in the hope that she'll eventually track him down.
Supermarket security guard Jim Doyle just so happens to be reading this book... and becomes angrier with every page he turns. He IS 'The Nothing Man'.
Such a thrilling novel and very well written, it actually felt like I was reading a true crime story! This was the first book I've read by this author and I feel it definitely deserves five stars.
