I loved this book. A very clever idea.

Eve Black was 12 when her family were killed in their home in the middle of the night as she hid in the bathroom. 20 years later they police still had not caught him and the press as named him 'The Nothing Man' as the police had nothing on him.

As an adult, after hiding her identity for all of her life Eve decides to write a book about the killings as well as his other victims in the hope of finding out who he is and bringing him to justice.

Her book is published within the pages of the book, interspersed with the viewpoint of the Nothing Man himself as he reads the book in fear that she had identified him.

This was a real page turner, written with a great deal of suspense and character development.
