I don't even know where to start with this book.

This has been sat on my TBR pile for a few weeks now - a lot longer than I wanted! I finally picked it up as part of my October spooky reads. It took me a few days to read as I found it a bit too scary!

Firstly, the plot. It was so original, unique concept, and fantastically written. At first I thought I would be confused to which part was 'the book' and which part was from Jim's POV. But the writing style and font made that easy.

The suspense - was carefully built up. The concept of the book was so realistic and investigating all of the nothing man's crimes was a fantastic touch. I was gripped and found myself holding my breath.

*SPOILER*

The main part I found scary was the crimes were targeted at women, in their beds at night.
As a female who reads at night, I also have an over active imagination - which is why It took me days to read as I simply was just too spooked.

This was such a fantastic read, I have already told all my friends to buy it, and lent my copy out so I can discuss it with someone! This will be a tough one to beat - fantastic!
