Catherine Ryan Howard always manages to write in an individual and novel way.
In this book, she alternates between a book written by Eve Black, the only survivor of a horrific attack on her family 18 years previously and the current life of The Nowhere Man, who committed that attack. Despite the reader knowing whodunnit right from the start, there is still a lot of suspense and twists to the plot.
Very clever writing. I love it as I did her 3 previous books.
Just sad that it will be several months now before she publishes a new book!
