This is a fast paced thriller which had me reaching for it to see what happens in every snatch of time I had. It starts off with the introduction of Jim, an unlikeable character from the off , who is quickly revealed to be the never caught ‘Nothing Man’, a cruel and twisted killer.
Having got away with his crimes years ago his ego is dented by a book about him written by a family survivor, Eve Black. Having witnessed a crime as a child she had a difficult childhood but now as a writer she documents the crimes of the Nothing Man. As an adult she is strong and determined to write and promote her book which is entwined in the novel itself and it is not long before their paths start to cross.
A real edge of your seat thriller, brutal at times but a great read.
