This book is very original and the style in which it’s written is very compelling. The ‘book within a book’ added a really interesting dimension. Jim works as a security guard in a shop when he spots a book on display, curious he has a look and it’s the account of a survivor of an attack which killed her family. She has written it with a vow to catch the killer. Jim is ‘The Nothing Man’! Creepy and thrilling this is such an eerie concept that you can’t help but have chills go down your spine! I’ve never read books by this author before but will definitely be reading her others now. I loved the detail with which this was put together, the print style of the ‘book’, the layout of it and the concept itself. Just brilliant!
